Meet Julius Squeezer
Julius is a 25-foot boa constrictor who has been at RFC for 30 years. He looks exactly the same as he did on day one. He does not age. He stays young-looking, vibrant, the same. But he has an old soul because he has seen everything.
He has watched thousands of families walk through. He has seen kids grow up and bring their own kids back. He has been the constant in a place where everything else changes. And all that watching has given him perspective. Wit. A dry sense of humor that sneaks up on you.
He is unintentionally funny. Not because he tries. Because after 30 years of watching human behavior, he just has observations. Good ones. The kind that make you laugh because they are true.
The Wild Bunch saw that. They stopped to actually talk to him instead of just waving as they walked past. And they invited him to join them. Not as a mascot. As a friend. As family. He said yes immediately because honestly, being part of something is way more interesting than just watching it.
